As a user of BreakTheCrates.com I hereby agree:

I. That I am a reputable music industry professional (DJ, Producer, Label Rep, A&R, Radio Personality... etc.)

II. To answer each song's survey question honestly.

III. To use downloaded tracks for promotional use only.

IV. That I will not share, distribute or sell my BreakTheCrates login ID.

V. That any work submitted to BreakTheCrates.com is my own.

VI. I will not plagiarize or claim any downloaded content from BreakTheCrates.com as my own.

VII. I will not distribute or sell music purchased from the Back Catalog.

VIII. I will not submit or post false information in the Calendar section.

IX. I will not repost any music from BreakTheCrates.com on any other website including other digital record pools.

X. I will not make any derogatory or inappropriate posts on the Message Board.

XI. I will adhere completely to BreakTheCrates.com's Terms of Service.

XI. I will not distribute, email, pass along any song I download.
